Quality Inn Conference Center at Citrus Hills

Good affordable Inn at nice location. Breakfast served each morning is nothing fancy but very nice. The Manager Debbie was very helpful making my group welcome and taken care of. Rooms were clean and modern. Check in and out was efficient. Good Job!

The staff and especially Marlin, the gentleman who took care of the food, was great. He went above and beyond. However, our room had a serious bed bug infestation. I took pictures and killed one which I did give to the girl at the front desk. We packed up and left immediately, despite it being my granddaughters wedding. I requested a refund and no one has responded to any of my calls etc. I will never stay again.

We found the hotel to be very functional nothing outstanding but a good value

Room did not have hot water and A/C sounds like shotgun when it turns on or off.

The place is very dirty and not maintained. Our sink was clogged and the worker could not unblock. He said they were sold-out and we could not change rooms. After he could not fix the sink he gave us another room. Both room's floors were so dirty and sticky that my wife had to wear socks. both her socks and my bare feet were then dirty and sticky. On top of that, we paid twice the normal rate because other hotels were booked. I will not recommend this hotel to my enemy. We feel sorry for the worker, who was still working 10 hours later in the morning. This is the worst Quality Inn we have every stayed...and it's all the managers fault. Do not stay here!

First time staying at a Quality Inn and my expectations were surpassed. Smelled nice in the lobby and my room, which doesn't happen in all the other hotels I've ever stayed. I happened to book this particular hotel since it was only 10 minutes from my planned destination but it was also in an awesome spot near everything I needed. Tons of parking with no parking fees as well, very nice. Definitely staying here the next time I'm in the area!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Stayed with a large wedding party. When the beach wedding was rained out they allowed us to set up under the gazebo. Saving the day. Beautiful location. Highly recommend.

As a handicap person, it was a long walk to from the main door to my room.
