Quality Inn Conference Center at Citrus Hills

I have had several trips to the area during which I stay for 5-7 days each time; the staff is friendly and helpful...always. My room is always clean and, if I have any problems, they are addressed immediately.

This property seems to be under renovation. There is a lot of construction material visible in a room off of the lobby. Lobby is bright and clean but it ends there. The rooms are dark and the first room we got had an odor, stains on the bed conforter, leaking tub faucet and a non-functioning TV. The front desk gave us a different room that was clean but still a little dingy. Plus side was the staff was friendly but would stay elsewhere.

Checking in was difficult and I could not watch regular TV. The TV system is too difficult to learn.

Room wasn’t ready for more than an hour after checkin. Card keys frequently stopped working. Dog odors in the hall

This hotel needs a lot of work. One of our rooms had mold in it with a dehumidifier. The hotel smelled bad, service was poor, and the breakfast was horrible. Another family member’s room had dirty sheets and asked for clean sheets, was told they didn’t anymore. My children’s room had bugs in it. This hotel should be shut down by the heath department.

Arrived late at night and exhausted. Checked and went to room; someone was already in there.

The day employee that checked me was not a very attentive or nice person.. I felt like he hated white Americans. The odor of pot was strong coming from other rooms and drugs should not be allowed on the property or in the rooms

Front desk staff was not friendly nor available for anything, but the room was nicely updated and we didn't have any issues.

Our room was fine, but the bathroom sink was backed up and took a very long time to drain. We mentioned to the front desk, but I’m sure the cleaning crew was already aware since it would be impossible to run any water in the sink to clean. The person at the front desk said they’d mention it to maintenance, but I doubt it will be fixed for the next guest. The bathroom tub/shower had black grout in a lot of areas. The humidifier and fan unit were incredibly loud. The breakfast looked pretty sad and although they claim to have a recycling program and ‘no plastic coffee stirrers’ all of their breakfast plates/utensils were styrofoam and plastic. We chose to eat elsewhere rather than add to the Florida landfill. Floridian is one of the most environmentally unfriendly states I have ever seen. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is in a convenient location.
