The customer service was on point, but the cleanliness of the room was not acceptable. Since I booked through a third-party website, they gave me the worst room on the property. I thought I was staying in a $30.00 motel, but paid the price of a 4-star hotel. I was told they were upgrading the rooms.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast.

The lobby was clean and updated, but the rooms are definitely in need of an update. All metal fixtures were rusted, walls stained and in need of fresh paint; bathroom was very dated. We had two roaches in our room during our one night stay. One of the outlets and lamps by the bed did not work. Parking lot definitely needs repaving. Guests outside the room and upstairs were very noisy. The room was large in the beds and pillows were comfortable, though. Overall, it was not a good value for the money.

Expensive for condision of property. Get rid of junk, by side entrances...

Choice hotels are always a great price point

The room floor was in need of a mopping, visible spider webs were in the room, and pull out mattress was severely stained

The staff was fantastic and so accomadating my crazy stop in. I was just passing through for a day and they were wonderful.

Everything was excellent. The shower was amazing I didn't want to get out. And the bed was comfortable I didn't want to wake up and leave the room. Everything met up to my expectations. Will stay again.

It was a last minute stay and they were very accommodating. We will stay there again.
