Friendly and excellent service.

The stay was OK but the room could have been better. We didn't have fresh tissue upon our arrival. The coffee maker was too dusty to use and the plugs on the lamps need to be fixed. Breakfast was good.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very nice & helpful. My room & bathroom were clean. I had trouble closing my room door. I also had trouble with keeping the drain in the tub up to make sure it wouldn't fill up with water.

We stayed for 3 nights at this Comfort Inn. The location is good, safe and quiet. The outside was fine. On arrival we were greated by the friendly clerk and quickly had our key. The lobby is nicely updated and water and cookies were available. The room itself was large and seemed clean (there was a used washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod). There were things that needed attention, bathroom fixtures made it hard to get a safe shower temp. Things needed some attention like caulking. Like many hotels, they remodel only what they have to and leave it still feeling dated. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Breakfast was the usual so-so eggs sausage and waffles. Coffee was super hot one day and luke warm the next. In general was good and I would stay again if the price was right.

The location was close to restaurants and our destination.

Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately met with a sight that was beyond unacceptable—the entrance was infested with roaches and termites. The air was thick with the pungent smell of stale mold. My hotel room door was coated in dirt and grime, setting the tone for what awaited inside. The room itself was absolutely filthy (check the pictures). The floor was covered in dirt, the sinks were left unwiped, and mold was visibly growing in the shower. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was completely non-functional, leaving the room muggy and stale. Breakfast was inedible. It tasted as if the food had been cooked days prior and simply reheated. As for the incidental fee, I was informed it was supposed to be $100 per night, yet I was charged $300. When I brought this discrepancy to the front desk's attention, they dismissed my concerns, claiming this “always happens.” I sought clarification from a staff member and asked whether guests should expect to be charged $300 instead of the stated $100 in the future, and they bluntly confirmed, “Correct.” The lack of explanation and professionalism was shocking, as the staff was not only indifferent but outright rude. We will never stay here again, and we will make sure others know not to come here either. It’s truly disappointing, as we used to stay at this hotel every year for a ladies' conference. P
