"Lovely girly overnight break"

Lovely over night spa break with my two daughters. The break included treatments and dinner bed and breakfast. We had a lovely meal and was served by Alex. Who was courteous and very attentive. Food was amazing! Booked in for treatments in the morning so will update the review. Highly recommended

"A great place, accommodating on short notice, staff was great, could use new pillows and insulation."

We walked in without a reservation and the front desk staff was patient and accommodating. Reasonably priced too.

The walls were very thin-we could hear conversations in the room next door and anytime someone was talking in the hallway. Pillows were not good.

Tried to book a golf slot -rang many times and they did not call back -sent emails and no response so very disappointing Room allocated looked out onto a brick wall ! So changed Wanted a sewing kit they couldn’t help as they don’t have anything -not great tbh for a hotel

"Nice relaxing stay"

The room was lovely, pool and spa area.

The mini fridge in the room was warm really, and the bath water wasn't very hot. Not much to at all either outside of the hotel, so pretty much stuck there.

"Disappointed"

Very poor check in experience. I wanted to pay the balance for our party of 8, but was told not possible until 3pm - unless I paid for early check in. We didn't want access to rooms, just to pay and to give guest names to save time later when we finished playing golf. Food very poor compared to our previous visits. The 6-6-6 menu was poor quality. One member of bar staff was quite rude in telling one of our party to "move to the other side of the pillar". The concensus of our party is that we would not rush to visit again until standards improved.
