Haven’t been yet I was due in September for my birthday However I have a operation that I have been on a waiting list for and was told it wouldn’t be till 2027 however there’s a cancellation which I can’t not take And cos I booked this hotel not even thinking I wouldn’t be able to attend as it’s my birthday and was spending it with my granddaughter and daughter which I was looking forward to My point is the hotel won’t give me a refund , I know I did the booking on non refundable but I didn’t know I would get a cancellation for this operation that I can’t not take Very unprofessional the team no sympathy A big business like these and they can’t on this accession allow me the refund Disgusting No thought for the public only there pockets Getting 120 pounds out of me for nothing

The staff were friendly and helpful and tried their best to meet our needs after booking.com had taken our money for a family room which didn’t have enough beds for us 3 to sleep in The staff were apologetic and tried their best to accommodate our needs

We had booked a family room through booking.com and when we got there our room only had 2 beds so an adult had to sleep on the floor on a duvet
