Had a lovely time at forest pines, we came for our 2 year anniversary. Nikita was absolutely lovely, she told the kitchen it was our anniversary and they brought a brownie out with ‘happy anniversary’ written on the plate! It was a lovely gesture. Thankyou so much again Nikita you made our night!

We have stayed in this hotel many times when visiting family in the area. We always book a king suite which works well for our family of 4. Previous rooms have had air conditioning however we discovered on this trip that not all rooms in the category are equal and we were in a different part of the hotel and did not habe any air conditioning. As temperatures were 34 degrees this made for an uncomfortable stay! When we asked at reception we were given 2 small fans but they had minimal impact. It seems unacceptable for a 4 star hotel to not provide the same facilities in all its rooms across a category. Additionally we ate in the restaurany one night and the food was terrible - dry overcooked salmon and soggy pizza. The kids enjoyed the pool which was the highlight of an otherwise disappointing stay.

Great stay at Forest Pines Hotel. Facilities and food were top quality and the hotel and our room was spacious, well maintained and very clean ( thanks Agnie for the room presentation) All the staff from front of house reception to bar and catering staff helped made our stay memorable. We had a wonderful meal in the restaurant. Thank you Gracie G for being so attentive and helpful. Definitely will plan to come again and enjoy another stay.

Pleasant stay but our room had no view, looked out over the road to the spa which had cars and people walking past. Room long way from reception but was clean and comfortable. No eggs at breakfast but food generally good

Customer service review...more bad than good. Most staff were not welcoming, seemed like a big effort to acknowledge customers. When we had a problem with golf/buggy the attitude was 'aww, that's a shame'. Lots of misheard details, resulting in repeating 2 or 3 times what you have said. There were 4 exceptions...1 lady in Pines bar, 2 restaurant girls...who seemed to be doing everything, and MATTHEW. His attitude was personable, genuine and very efficient. Overall staff seem pissed off to be there, over burdened, service was slow as a result. NOT a good atmosphere/experience 😕
