Guest House Amoreiras

The neighbourhood is great, the host is friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and lovely.

Lovely hosts,special shout out to Emilia ;) Although bathrooms are to share they were cleaned daily and always neat. Good location if one does not want to stay in the city centre and would like to explore the amoreiras neighbourhood. :)

Tout simplement parfait, très accueillant

The location is good. The bathroom and kitchen area is clean and tidy. The host and the cleaning lady are friendly.

I booked a single room thinking it has a window from the pictures I saw and the descriptions I read. However, there is no window to outside, only one small window to the corridor. There is no sun or good ventilation in the room, felt like a dungon.

Emilia was terrifically responsive, kind and helpful. The neighborhood is both traditional and in renovation (check and see if construction might be underway nearby) with close access to grocery, cafes and transport. Walk to Lisbon Miradouro, EVII park and Marques de Pombal.

Way below what we had expected as well as it was difficult to get there

Bus stop 2 mins away, metro 15 mins away but it would be walking uphill. A big shopping mall Amoreiras Shopping mall very close by, 5 mins walk only . Guest house is located on first floor, it’s ok even no lift . The host Emilia was excellent. She made you feel like home. I stayed one night in room no.4. There is a small window facing the corridor , so when the lights in the corridor were on, the whole room would be bright and a bit noisy when people passing by . But the room was comfortable. Also, have two bathrooms to share in the guest house which was good. Some local restaurants around or a big food court in the shopping centre. I think it’s worth for money though location is not the best.

The place was so clean and tidy. Room was large and confortable. Plenty of wardrobe space for hanging clothes. We stayed for 3 nights and the Apartment was quiet every night. Easy to sleep. Emilia was so helpful, friendly and welcoming !

Noise in the morning from other guests but only because we were next to the kitchen.
