Staff were lovely and the location was good as I had meetings close by

The hotel is very tired and needs a complete overhaul. The bedroom furniture was dark and old and everything needs replacing

The rooms are small, but if you’re used to that it’s no problem. Just can be a bit tight with two and suitcases.

Location was great, communication was easy as was check in, clean rooms.

It was a bit noisy on the side street we were on with the window open for fresh air - but honestly you’re downtown so it’s not unexpected.
