Very close to the beach! The restaurants and the night life wasn't too far away as well (had a good distance to not walk too far and to not be too close to the sounds). They offered free filtered water. AC was running great and the room was very spacy. Fridge was handy but no microwave. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

All the staff were so amazingly kinda and accommodating! We had a room away from the street and had no problems with noise. The pools are cool and the weather is hot! The area is super central only one block from the beach ⛱️ This was the perfect affordable get away to escape the canadian winter. The wifi can be spotty but they have different "hot spot" locations that work good! Our TV was a Roku which was great for streaming and we loved the roof top! We had no issues with not having hot water. Having the extra space of the kitchen and living room was great.

The Staff was stellar! I 2 issues with my original room they quickly got me another. I had a slip in the shower, and they offered to help me with anything; the staff even offered to carry me to my next room after the fall. The Pool was just outside my room window, and the rooms we large and right in the heart of where I wanted to be in the zona romatica!

Room 1 Hot water and TV didn't work. I let the staff know, and they moved me to another room right away. Room 2 shower lever came off, and I had a slip due to water getting everywhere. Room 3 was a suite that was large and comfy, but with my pain I wish I had stayed in the original suite. Didnt get to view from the terrace with the stairs.
