The location is pretty close to a lot of other businesses, the beach is just down the street

Location

Great location with everything nearby and 1 block from the beach. Their staff are very friendly and helpful. Restaurants, shops, quickymart & farmacies are 1 block away (oxxo too). Property is ok, needs an update in several items. Pool has some tiles off but is enjoyable. They have drinkable water fountains around the hotel making everything more easy. Unit (rooms) are clean with mini splits that work very well as well as coffee maker and fridge available that was wonderful. We had an extra area where we could hang our wet clothes (swimsuits) to get dry. We had an extra space with the view of the street with 1 chair to drink our coffee privately but outdoors. Furniture (loveseat and chair need to be clean and/or update) There is minimal furniture in the room and our luggage had to sit on the floor but they have a big closet with a safe. The only issue we had was the water heater that only worked the last day (of 6) but only for 1 person. We reported this and they came to light the pilot 2 times. Even though they did this the water was decent hot first minutes & after was just lukewarm & for the second person was only lukewarm as well. Pictures on the website are misleading, it suggest pool was on the roof because showed the pool and then a sunset view suggesting the pool was on the roof not in the center of the hotel on the ground floor. One of the reasons we booked here was because we thought we would have full sun while in the pool. our room had a kitchenette

Friendly and helpful staff. Colorful and creative decorations. Great location. Fully stocked kitchen. Nice to have couches. Very clean pool.

Would have been nice to have a small dining table. Small bugs came in through the small bathroom windows- need screens.

Amazing little gem seconds from the beach and close to everything!

Clean pool walkability water sometimes fresh coffee downstairs. Location if you’re fine with a mostly male couples and tourists. Was close to art galleries and beach.

My credit card compromised here. No follow up regarding this. Dirty Stains on bedroom walls above pillows. Handprint! Stained couch not comfortable. Cockroach on kitchen. No wifi provided or directions in room. Too many stairs for short stay. Expensive grocer around corner. Had they addressed issues I would’ve rented for two weeks as I extended my work trip.
