The hotel is located nearby the Banglo Road which is Patong Beach. And the hotel is nearby the bar and restaurant it really nice location for you to stay. The best part is The Receptionist is really helpful i love how she entertain the customer and how she help me us in every situation. I rate the customer service is 11/10 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Location was okay. There were some food places nearby and was a lively neighbourhood.

There was no lift and we had to climb stairs to the 5th floor. And there was problem with the AC and the hot water geyser.

The price for the high season was OK. The staff was friendly and helpful trying to compensate the other problems, cleaning and changing towels every day

Unfortunately was my worst accomodation in Thailand for a month. The walls are in the worst condition losing plaster and need repairs before falling on the customers. They suggested refund but no help, in high season difficult to find free rooms to decent prices. The noise is another inconvenient.
