It was ok. rooms are of good size, with window and well working AC. they provide basic breakfast like bread butter jam coffee tea etc. You have to walk 20 mnts to go to bangla streer or patong beach.. Seven eleven is nearby.

The washroom was not good. there is no hook to hang handshower. You have to keep in hand while taking a shower. staff is very rude. no lift available. they didnt provided new towel the next day. It's a bit far from Beach or bangla Street. you have to walk about 20 minutes with a good pace to reach bangla Street. if there is no other option, then its is good. Otherwise, if a room somewhere else in this price is available, then go for that.

"Location is good but room smell was extremely bad like a vomiting sense."

Location is good and the staff was good.

the room smell like a Drainage omg ! The bathroom condition is not good. I complained but nothing to do.
