Everything. Especially the staff! Location is fantastic too. They have all day breakfast in the kitchen. Amazing stay indeed, .

Helpful landlady..room was on 3rd floor, with no lift, she helped with one luggage up the stairs.. we had 3 😊 🥵 there was free coffee and bread in the reception for the hungry

No lift, basic room. Quite dirty/ cluttered eating area.. trouble climbing stairs and down with luggage..

It's very good place in Pathong if you are looking for value for money. When we was looking for our stay Kanpai was in low price section. But also, when we reach the destination and start living our 10 days Phuket trip - we understood it was the best option of us. It has comfort and cute room with all you need for travel stay. Everyday cleaning, two bottles of water and new towels. Parking for bikes and the good common room on first floor. Also they have some coffe, tea, etc... and cookies, toast-bread, jams, butter and etc... for your little breakfast, we really like the toasts. It's included. Staff is friendly and smiling. I like KANPAI
