KANPAI HOTEL

The property was in a great location, close walk to Bangla Road and supermarkets close by.

There was damp in the corner of our room, our toilet got blocked without us putting toilet paper down it, the floor in room was cracked and the tiles had popped. However for what we paid it was an okay stay.

Basic room but good and staff very nice

Location is very strategic. Accessible to all and close beaches. Rent a motor bike to stroll in Karon beach. I love the place and will recommend to friends going to Phuket. Receptionist is very kind and friendly. Owner is also a very nice person and had chit-chat with him the night before we left.

Easy to Check out

It is a bar down the hotel and was all the time music and when I came and was easy to check in. Then I went to eat and when I came back was a little late and where a lot of prostitution and then the lady of the reception asked me where I go with a bad mood and o said to her that I have a room and I had to show here my keys, because she didn't believe me !

The room was spacious and clean. We got complimentary bottles of water every day. The a/c worked perfectly fine. The location is good but you need a taxi to go to the beach, not a problem if you have rented a motorbike, though. The staff was really helpful!

Everything was perfect!

It was really well located in Patong center, from where you can access most of Patong and it's like 15 minutes to beach and to Bangla road and night life Rooms clean and tidy all necessary there including a kitchen downstairs where you can make your own breakfast or even cook. The owner is amazing helpful person where he can help you and guide you through any queries. Will be back
