Crowne Plaza East Midlands Airport by IHG

It's a really great location to stay at if you have a flight next day at east Midlands as it's easy to find and also easy to get to the airport from there. The hotel itself is clean and tidy. It was very quick to check in and had no issues with that.

The shower in my room was a bit weird, it had a very high pressure shower head and you couldn't get hot water with it unless putting it on highest pressure whihc makes it kinda impossible to use it.

The room was compact, yet had all the amenities required. I didn’t opt for a soft mattress and the bed was perfect. I always wear ear plugs, so I can’t confirm if the hotel was quiet. The individual air con unit was effective. Very friendly staff at check in and check out.

I have come to this hotel the second time as being absolutely a great privilege to be back every single staff husband we feel welcome the rooms are absolutely tidy the food is absolutely great very well organised I just can't believe how clean the place is the manager Mohammed who was very very helpful to me up on my arrival and the reception yasin I'm very very helpful as well I recommend this to everyone very well organized place makes you feel welcome even if you are going on holiday from here we will be a great start to begin your journey Thank you so much I see you soon again

We liked everything about the hotel. Clean and tidy, nice decor. Breakfast selection had decent options. The swimming pool and facilities were top notch. Special shout out to Yasin and Leanne, they provided exceptional customer service and made sure our stay was fruitful.

Although it didn't apply to myself as I am a member of IHG, it would be better to not charge guests a parking fee to park securely at their car park. They didn't have a large TV screen in the lobby area, it would have been nice to have watched the Champions League Final there. the swimming pool had a separate closing time for children (6.30pm) it wasn't a big deal to be honest, but some may find that a bit annoying.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The only tiny negative was the bathroom shower, otherwise it would have been 10/10. Breakfast was exceptional, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
