Marcos restaurant food was very good Near the airport

Our room stank of stale tobacco smoke, was disgusting … no other rooms available do we had to endure it. Was told if we booked breakfast the kids would eat free - we were charged however £7 per child which was disappointing

Generally, the room was ok. However, there was hair on the bathroom floor when we went to the room, and also on one of the pillows. There was also a beetle in the room, which made this a bit more inconvenient. We informed the reception, and hopefully, they will take care of it before the next guest goes in.

We only stayed for one night, and cleanliness was the off-putting part. The rest was ok. I have been to Crown Plaza in other countries, and this was not a similar experience.

"Amazing value for money."

Lovely and clean, spacious room. Wellness facilities were amazing and overall hotel staff were lovely.

Pool closing hours, wasn’t a huge issue but was under the impression it was open until 8pm but was told to be out for 7:30pm.

"Fab location for a one noght stay, have already booked again for August!"

Perfect location for Donning race course, 12min drive away, in a beautiful little village. Hotel staff all really friendly, especially Sophie on check-in.

Staff were super friendly Beds were exceptionally comfortable Good breakfast

The overhead planes are very loud even with the window closed as the top floor the sound comes through the ceiling
