"terrible water pressure "

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The shower was updated nicely but the water pressure was terrible. Could barely get the shampoo out of my hair. Def. needs to be looked at.

"Overall a convenient stay would recommend."

Very accommodating, first off, I didn’t have to get put on hold for a million years at 12:30, 1am just to speak with a rep. Same guy you speak to on the phone is at the desk no call center, and I could understand him well. They were quick and accommodating at check in. The room meets standard expectations, bed and pillows were comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast was a little underwhelming no eggs or anything but that was fine for what it was. Overall a convenient stay would recommend.

Great comfy, peaceful sleep. Got to park almost outside our room. Breakfast simple but adequate. There was a homeless person getting packed up outside the window while we were having breakfast which was a bit off putting. Good value for money.

Mold on beds, on ceiling above shower where paint was picking. Horrible mold/old smoke smell. Mold inside the ac units. Stained mattresses. No smoke alarm in the ceiling. Overall a disgusting and disturbing night. Would’ve left in a heartbeat if this app would’ve let me get my money back.
