Loved the pool to cool off and relax.

The wifi didn’t really run the tv. But the pool kept the kids entertained

Great location and facilities

Absolutely reprehensible customer service. Was called and told I would be blacklisted from every hotel in Airlie Beach because our group swam in the pool after hours. We DID NOT swim in the pool at all. Staff completely accused the wrong people and tired to backpedal when we confronted them about it. Disgusting!!

Located close to Airlie Beach town centre. Awesome pub across the road. Easy after hours check in process. Parking was great too.

Property quite outdated. Washing machine needs a deep clean. Bed isn’t great. Would not be advertising those bench seats in the lounge room as extra beds.

It was disappointing

We could hear the people moving & walking in rooms in other units, people talking in other units were able to be heard, we could even hear them moving their chairs.

Furniture very uncomfortable including bed, dining chairs and other areas in living room. Would not stay here again unless all Furniture was replaced.

A személyzet nagyon kedves volt, a szoba szép volt. A szállás környezete, udvara, medencéje nagyon szép és kocsival pár perc alatt be lehet jutni a központba.

Az erkély viszont piszkos volt, látszott, hogy nem takarították mostanában, igy nem is volt kedvünk a teraszon reggelizni. Bent viszont nem volt csak egy dohányzóasztal, igy a kanapén ülve, a dohányzóasztalhoz hajolva kellett enni. Nem volt túl kényelmes emiatt.
