Location

There is no value for money. The property is not maintained properly. All furniture was very very old, bedsheets were not pure white, they were old so turned yellowish. The room charge is very high compared to present condition of property.

It’s good value for money and well located as a base for the north side of Mumbai - great if you want to explore Bandra and Juhu. The staff are excellent, so welcoming and accommodating throughout.

Unfortunately there’s a construction site next door, and a busy road out front. Between the two, it can be quite noisy in the rooms as the windows aren’t sound proof - I guess this is somewhat unavoidable in Mumbai so a good pair of ear plugs is useful!
