The staff are helpful and friendly and the location is great for Juhu Beach, Prithvi Theatre, shopping and travel to other parts of Mumbai. The restaurant and breakfast are good.

We have stayed here on a number of occasions over the past 12 years. The hotel is now tired looking and in need of significant upgrade to the rooms and corridor spaces. Each day there was dirty laundry, spare beds and trolleys, with the remains of room service meals and litter left in the corridors for days. We had to ask for them to be moved away. The drainage from the shower in our room was slow leading to overspill into the toilet area.
