The Emerald Hotel & Executive Apartments

The room was big. Other than that I’ve nothing positive to say about the property as there are a number of serious issues with this property.

The area was very noisy, the walls were very thin so you couldn’t sleep properly at all at night. The worst issue I’ve was someone opened the door in the early morning when I was asleep in the room and tried to enter the room. Luckily I had fastened the chain and hence they were not able to enter the property. When I told the reception about this they just said they will keep a note. What does that mean? The person was trying to enter the room without my permission!! Really terribly handled by the authorities. Next major issue was they don’t mention this anywhere on the booking.com but they charged me on the card I had put in even though I’d selected pay at property. This is highly unprofessional behaviour and when asked about it at the reception the lady said the card is charged as a security deposit which is returned. But there was no such notice given before hand!! The location is nothing to write home about! Would highly suggest to avoid them at all costs. Not worth the price you pay and it’s not safe either!

room cleanliness can be improved, some noise at night from the airplanes , sheets and towels are quite old.

Well located in the center of June so close to the beach and other main attractions. Close to bazaars like santacruz and santacruz metro. The place itself is lovely, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, well equipped with all needs and a lovely street view from the window. Breakfast area was nice and outside. They have the cutest coffee shop attached and the restaurant staff are just so lovely and attentive.

Noisy rooms with kitchen exhaust fan humming near the rooms and airplanes taking off at nights.

The hotel was in good location, staffs were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was surprisingly very impressive compared to other expensive hotels I have been too so big plus point there.

There were few amenities missing in the room which we had to request. When we went out we wanted our room to be cleaned and left a 'please clean room' hanged outside our room doornob but was not cleaned when we got back. The blankets gave were not comfortable for my mrs and gave her rashes on her arm.
