Good location

Unable to get the TV going till I had to call for assistance. Some instructions would be useful. No instructions for phone, where to phone for various facilities. Again some instructions would help.Reception attitude was not welcoming. Had to ask for where are the facilities like breakfast and dinner. No times displayed anywhere.
