Ive always stayed here the staff and very friendly and welcoming

Should inform your client if their are renovation works ongoin, had a very bad experience being on 2nd floor and renovation going on, on the 1st floor, considering we have come on a delayed flight and needed to rest... even when I had to call the reception it slowed down a little but was quite disturbing

"Clean hotel, friendly staff and good location"

Good location for us - we were staying in Mumbai for 1 night before early morning flight. Easy to get to beach and we were provided with a packed breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable and very good shower.

Room slightly small but it’s fine for our needs. There was some noise of planes during the night

BREAKFAST WAS OKAY LOCATION GOOD

WE WERE GIVEN 2 FLOOR ROOM WHICH WAS SMOKING FLOOR . TIME OF CHECK IN WE WERE NOT TOLD . MY WIFE IS ASMATIC AND COULD NOT SLEEP WELL. REQUESTED TO CHANGE THE ROOM BUT NO JOY. I HAVE NEVER SEEN FLOORS ALLOCATED TO SMOKING IN A HOTEL. VERY DISAPPOINTED
