Location. It's very close to border

* Functional and basic * Right on the border, train station just around the corner * Plenty of food available in the vicinity

1. A lot of mosquito 2. Smelly due to mosquito aerosol.. make me feel dizzy and not comforable..

An efficient,quiet, and secure place to stay before crossing the border

Nothing negative .

Excellent location to rest before or after the border crossing. Loads of street food at your door step, local markets behind the hotel and a supermarket only a minute away. The air con works very well too.

The customer service really let it down. Poor communication prior to arrival (I had to request a ground floor room several times) and terrible service upon arrival. We didn’t even get a hello, she barely looked up and was rather rude in demanding our information. Checkout was just as poor. The safe didn’t work (to their credit they eventually found a key for us to use), there was only one chair in the room and the shower leaked which meant we heard the dripping all night. No chance I was going to ask them to fix it with the service we had already experienced!

Convenience for crossing the Thai border to Cambodia.

Room.was hot on arrival and AC was slow to cool room.

Not a cheap offering, this hotel was very basic. No fridge, very small mirror tucked away in a corner of the room, everything just seemed to be framed to a tight budget. That said, the bed was comfy and the limited staff were very pleasant and accommodating. We were a bit surprised when asking about any nearby restaurant we were told the nearest was 7 km away but later found an excellent place, แหลกSteak, quite close by.....All in all, a good night's sleep and good meal.

A very basic premise and, while parking was provided it was part of a larger border parking venture, very crowded and, initially at least, a bit confusing to negotiate.

Its a building with some individual rooms, i assume they all have beds in them. There is also an area with showers and toilets.
