It's located next to the highway and easy accessible.

We checked in around 2am and was still charged full price of $150. The price on the best western website was only $106 and wasn't even offered that price. The staff was rude.

"Sleepless in Joliet Best Western"

The location was good.

The staff was not friendly. At breakfast the food was not hot. They closed the brea.kfast at 9:00, was not friendly. I choose Best Western because it is always nice. Not this one. wouldn't stay here again. I was disappointed.
