"Good price"

Affordable and easy check in process.

Had a wake up call for 5am. Was called at 4:20am. After check out, desk clerk called and accused me of smoking in room, because there was whole cigarettes in garbage. Got my deposit back so wasn't a huge issue.

"Mid-winter trip with the Family"

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and the pool was even a pleasent tempature.

Some of the guest were very loud and impropper on a couple different occasions.

"Great hotel for great value!"

Everything was nice. We got a king suite for 2 nights. Check in was fast and smooth and the person at the desk was very nice. The suite itself was large, the bathroom was spacious, and it was all spotless. The shower had good pressure which is a major thing for me. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast options were good both days however I opted to skip the morning of check out. The pool was heated, clean, and very fun. Check out was smooth and they were quick to hand me my deposit back. I will definitely stay here again if I find myself in Joliet again.
