"The hotel was nice enough, in a good area and beds were comfy, but staff not very accommodating."

I liked the price and the beds were comfortable.

There was no hot tub and we were not allowed to use a table to play cards in the dining area (even though food service was closed). We also were not allowed to use the "meeting" room.

"Except for the room temperature it was a nice stay."

The rooms were a nice size. The bed was comfortable

The room was cold and the thermostat did not work right. January in Chicago we froze all night and didn't get much sleep. When we turned the heat up the air conditioning kicked on. Breakfast was ok, very rubbery tasting eggs

Staff was rude did not want to give towels for the pool ,change for the laundromat night gentlemen was very rude , had me wait 45 minutes for deposit for room check when he was up stairs for 40 min already, I was late for work , had to pay extra at check in , no blankets on beds , rooms and pool area was extremely cold with no towels, the same was for my other guess in room 215 who booked a night so we would have a good time with our grandkids ,shower in tub room did not run correctly light in walk way didn't work
