I booked Alberg Egadi after seeing it mentioned in the lonley planet guide to italy and in a number of other guides to italy and favignana. It is a beautiful guesthouse, in a beautiful location. Favignana is a pefect location for a holiday if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle and just relax and enjoy the simple things in life. the guest house is located in the town centre - 2 mins walk to shops and fab restaurants, 5 min walk to lovley beach. The room we were given had a balconly looking out onto the street. The air conditioning was brilliant, although the room was quiet cool anyway. Very comfortable spacious room, very modern spacious en-suite also. We had dinner in the restaurant on one evening - it was a fixed menu for 40 euro - nice food. The one disapointment was the very limited breakfast! Juice, cornflakes, natural yoghurt, 1 crossant and some bread! I know the italians dont eat breakfasts like the irish but a little more of a selection would have been nice
