Prachtige sfeervolle inrichting en mooie locatie met uitzicht op de Tafelberg en de stad.

De ingang was in eerste instantie lastig te vinden.

Bigger than expected and good location. There is also a small extra room which was not mentioned, added bonus

The small rooms not air conditioned, and the kitchen is less equipped than we hoped. Lots of stairs so if you have lots of luggage prepare for heavy lifting up and down!

Amazing location and views. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated apartment with considerate provision of kitchen appliances. Bonus unexpected extra third room with sofa bed.

Awkward and lengthy access- lots of stairs to navigate from the parking. Could hear the neighbours and all the noise of people walking to other flats at all hours.

Location is nice and quiet, safe. It is within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The toilet paper was not replenished; we had none left on the morning we had to check out and had use our own tissues. The ceiling fan in back bedroom did not work, which is not ideal in the heat; the room was very warm at night. The air conditioners make a noise when both are on.

The unit was well equipped end neat.

The complex was smelling like dope all the time, day and night.

The apartment is well-appointed and spacious. Good location close to amenities. The view of the city and habour is beautiful.

There is construction going on and tiles removed from walkway. It has created a serious safety risk with uneven walkway and holes in stairs. This should have been disclosed. Bath plug was faulty and only properly repaired the day before we left

the main door to the building kept on getting stuck and the remote would not open it, so we had to use the back gate to get in and out. this caused a bit of stress as we had to make sure we had easy access in and out the building as we had a race to run on Sunday. Nox properties were brilliant in helping us to sort this out. Nox was brilliant in all ways.
