Nice place to stay and staff was also great

It was great room layout clean and the staff was very helpful with any needs

The property was not what I expected. The room door was broken, the entire hotel smelled terrible, the carpets were dirty, the toilet had mold growing in the bowl…I checked out within an hour because there’s no way I could stay there. The staff was rude when I turned in the key cards.

The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. The breakfast was nice.

This hotel is so over-priced and needs renovations. Several customers, including us, had room key issues. They could not program key cards. On day 2 when our key card stopped working the staff had to accompany us to our room to let us in. The carpets are stained, the ceiling drywall in our room’s shower was crumbling, and no working light over the hot tub (which was excessively hot).

Our overall stay was fine. It was just a stop and stay. The staff was slow, didn’t explain breakfast times or pool hours. Room was dusty and slightly dirty. The whole place was very dated. We weren’t expecting the Ritz, but things could have been cleaner and rooms updated.

We needed a place to stay that was close to Cougar

Facilities were not clean. Mist outlets didn’t work or were very loose making it difficult to charge anything

Location, it was a little hard to find at first. There isnt much in the area but used it as a stop over 2 nights to climb Mt St Helens. I went to the Fat Moose for food. The room was quite dark bht was fine.

Our check-in was easy, the room clean, quiet, & comfortable. It was convenient with a restaurant nearby. We had two dogs and were relieved that it was not a problem. The breakfast had many options.
