"Not good with cockroaches & slept in sheets"

I found a large cockroach when I came back from dinner in the bathroom. It made me uncomfortable to sleep there. The sheets looked slept in so slept on top spread. Then awoke to another large cockroach in bath when I woke up. I wonโ€™t be back there & do not recommend any especially with children to stay there. Two cockroaches in a few hours is nasty.

Location

We didn't get any sleep weed smelling all through all the hall the there was a lot noise going on in other rooms through the whole night.the tub looked dirty the microwave wasn't clean.it was just horrible. THR the last time we stayed in was good this time it was terrible.

"Generally pleasant."

Our room was upgraded. It was generqlly a pleasant stay. 10mins walk from a variety of places to eat. Supermarket close by (expensive!). If you are looking for a bed for the night, its good. If you are looking for being in the centre, look again.

That we wetent told about the roof repairs right above us that would wake us up and sound like a bomb had hit. The breakfast is not what it showed, it is very minimal.

It was clean

The ice machine was broken and there is no elevator. Also, the information in the room said breakfast was available until 10am but it closed at 9am so I missed it. There is a sign near the breakfast area that said 9am but it was not easy to see and the clerk did not point out the discrepancy upon check in. My key card didnโ€™t work a couple of times and kept having to go back and forth to the front desk to fix the issue.

Absolutel.\n Y nothing If I could, I would ask for a refund, but they didn't even want to do that.

The rooms were absolutely filthy. There were ants all over the room. There was a s***** Bathroom Wipe in a vent that didn't have any business being there. If it wasn't going to work, there was a nail poking up. That most of my party stepped on .
