Hot water Bed fairly comfortable

Dead bugs in room Someone’s sock in room Carpet had torn places Breakfast was really no food just coffee No vent in bathroom; old bathtub torn mat that was on bathtub floor Only had one grab bar in tub area, room was identified as handicap room

Location was good because it was close to family.

They ran out of food for breakfast by 8:30 am and did not replace anything. We told the person in charge the food was gone but she ignored us. We had asked for a handicapped room and were told the property accepted our request. Apparently, we were booked for the 2nd floor but they had no elevator and my husband couldn’t walk upstairs. So we were given a different room with only one handrail in the bathtub. Slow draining tub so you stood in water while showering. There were long black hairs on the bathroom floor and in the shower. I had to ask for towels because there were only 2 in the room. Even had to ask for a remote for the tv! The bed was hard and lopsided - not comfortable at all. No noise canceling insulation between walls - heard every sound inside the hotel and outside.

When we arrived to check in they had cancelled our reservation and we had to make other arrangements

The hotel was disgusting, the breakfast was frozen, the staff is horrible, my room was disgusting had to get front desk to come clean out drawers and have room cleaned three different times when we first arrived. Never again 😒

The breakfast was fine. I had eggs and a sausage patty, and coffee to drink. My husband had cereal. There was plenty of food there, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast room was located in the front of the building and very easy to access. I was pleased, especially with the price of the room. The front desk clerk, Jordan, was exceptionally nice and made me feel very at ease. He gave me bottled water immediately, and that was nice. He was very accommodating, answering my questions. They were very accommodating for Senior Citizens.

The rooms were great, staff was pleasant. The location was centraland a good value for our stay.
