El individuo que supuestamente debía llevarme del aeropuerto al hotel (shuttle) resultó ser una persona sumamente desagradable, descortés e incluso agresivo. Me hizo saber que me "estaba haciendo un favor"... En el anuncio del hotel está perfectamente claro que el translado del aeropuerto al hotel está incluido en el precio. A excepción de este chofer, el resto del personal fue cortés y amable como suele esperarse.
