The location was excellent.

Too many rules to follow. It felt like I'm not a paying guest but just some random person crashing their place. The parking was too small that they needed to wake us up at 4am to move our car cause some other guest were leaving.

We liked that Ma. Angel assisted us throughout our stay. She was welcoming and very helpful. The apartment is okay. Okay for it's price.

The water heater is a challenge. During our stay we have to request for a pail and tabo to ensure water temp will be fine for the kids. The water heater is too hot or too cold. The utensils (esp the cookwares can be replaced)

There's a veranda where you can hold small gatherings. Furthermore, the sala is spacious for the guests to have activities (movie night, game night, dinner celebration). Staff is really accommodating. Kitchen appliances are also provided (microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker, electric stove, fridge).

The shower in the main room has no curtain. Privacy while taking a bath could be compromised.

The apartment had lots of space and a generous view of the area. The beds were comfortable and place is located near several attractions and not far from a few restaurants and stores yet not far from the center. One bathroom has an in suite bathroom which was nice for a couple.

We visited during the Christmas holiday season so the traffic and crowds of tourists were horrific in the area. It was very difficult to drive in and out of the area. The parking area is tandam and a large vehicle such as a van can be a challenge. On our second day there the neighborhood had a power outage that lasted well into the evening. The staff gave us candles. There was also some kind of party above us that lasted well into the evening. I assumed it was the people who own or run the place.

Maganda yung place. Super nag enjoy family namin sa pag stay . The staffs are very accomodating
