i like the unit itself.

Parking was difficult. If you have a large vehicle like anSUV, Pickup or Van, good luck maneuvering it on tight spaces. Bathroom floors were sticky. Shower head is not functioning well. No backup generator.

Clean, spacious, luxurious, affordable!

Not about the property though, but the room gets dewy or moist because of the cold Baguio weather, and I am not complaining.
