The food was amazing Beds were very comfortable

I stayed here for my wedding and was very disappointed with the cleanliness. The room was dirty, with a dead cockroach in the cupboard and dried spilled coffee down the front of the fridge. The cups and cutlery were also dirty and had not been properly cleaned the amount of dust build up looked like it hadn't been wipe in months. This was unacceptable, especially given the importance of the occasion. Cleanliness and hygiene standards need serious improvement.

Linen for sofa bed not in room despite request. Room not serviced. Carpet needed cleaning. Aircon needed cleaning as funny smell in room. Breakfast was confusing. First told it was part of room rate then not. Food not of standard previously experienced at this hotel.

Ok to stay with good value.

Charged us $4 for bottled water that we did not consume (with photos sent before checkout as proof). No reply received.
