Simply I can fully trust them. We forgot our backpack in the shuttle bus and moved to San Pedro Island. Hotel staffs were so kind to arrange sending it to San Pedro, and we received it including all valuable goods like mobile phone! Thanks to all involved staff and appreciate their integrity.

Nice location, quiet and clean

Loved the room, the space of the hotel, pool, restaurant, cafe for breakfast and enjoyed the Buffet breakfast as well.

Very convenient for our overnight stay before continuing on our journey the next day.

The elevator was like an oven and the food was just okay

The noise from the business Christmas parties held at the hotel was too loud and went on far too late.

The food and bar was amazing. Breakfast was delicious! The beds were comfortable. The location was good if you are just staying for a night before heading to more tourist locations. The pool was very crowded and lots of kids, so not exactly relaxing, but for a short stay on the way to San Pedro, it was perfect.

The pool was very crowded and noisey, so avoided the pool and just had cocktails and dinner next door.

Loud traffic noise. Loud outdoor music. Loud room renovations started at 7:15 a.m. Food was poor. Oatmeal w/fruit was served cold, fruit consisted of two slices of banana and two slices from a strawberry

It was fine

The bathroom had hair in several different places. Charged too much for the dog. Wouldn't let us check in one hour early without charging $25.00, which is outragious!

The gym is good and pretty complete for being at a hotel. The breakfast is ok.

Staff was not very helpful making several mistakes. Charging the wrong price at check in, issuing the breakfast tickets with mistakes, forgetting to ordering a taxi, not sending the bill …

The front desk person who checked us in was quite unfriendly. We were surprised to see how differently he interacted with the guest checking in after us (We witnessed, after we came back to ask for change of room after he gave us a noisy room by pool), he was chatting and giving directions to her room (didnt bother giving us directions). Very difference from our check in..hmmm. The rest of the staff were phenomenal especially Kimberly (Waitress) and made up for the experience. However, since the front desk is the first point of contact, it really sets the tone for the entire stay. He could definitely work on being more consistently friendly and welcoming to all guests.
