Best Western Plus Belize Biltmore Plaza

We stayed only one night before our flight back. Great staff! Great pool! Great restaurant. Room is well designed and spacious.

Free shuttle to the airport and only about 15 min away. The gym was pretty well equipped. You do need to ask for a separate key for this. The front desk did not tell us this and we only found out when we could not get in. Of course, then there was a very long check in line and we could not get the needed card.

Pool water looked very cloudy. We stayed 2X on our trip. We were 3 people in a room with 2 double beds. Both times there were only 2 bath towels and we had to request more towels for our 3rd person. Restaurant had decent food but took a very long time from ordering to delivery. We were eating at 6pm with only one or 2 other tables occupied. It took 50+ minutes each time.

Wasn’t able to finish this leg of the trip but was very pleased with interactions with the staff as we navigated this challenge.

Pricey side, didn't include breakfast in the price, the shower was bad quality, there was only 1 bottle of water for a family room. 1 pack of tea/ coffee. We prebooked and paid for hotel taxi for airport and the taxi was late by 30 min. This was the worst service

The room was fine (basic). The pool was nice. The staff was helpful. They had nice Christmas decor, so it felt festive for the holidays.

We didn't utilize the restaurant onsite because the prices were definitely higher than I anticipated. We tried to get some drinks and appetizers at the bar, but they were out of 2 of the 3 things we wanted, so we opted to go find food and drinks elsewhere in the city.

Comfortable beds and good water pressure. Dinner was better than breakfast, we ordered off the menu.
