Was there a year ago, booked the same place, got to the room, it was dirty, the smell was so bad of cigarettes and animal urine, we couldn’t get a refund, we left for another hotel, still no refund.. place is a shithole

I didn’t stay because it looked like it was closed. No cars in the parking lot. Went elsewhere.

Bed was comfortable, close to gasoline and freeway, back door made loading up easy.

Tub was broken, shower chair was broken, unpainted patch on the wall, freezer was heavily coated with ice, not much selection of breakfast items.

Clean property, friendly front desk staff

Check out was 11am, at 10am a member of housekeeping knocked on our door to see when we were checking out. Then at 10:15am the front desk called.

It was clean and in a convient location.

The staff was almost nonexistent.

Limited. Cereal and pop tarts.

Pool wasn't open.

Only 1 trash can in the room.

Breakfast was continental, as advertised and it was ok. I usually have frui fir breakfast and they had apples and banana that were perfect.

I would have liked a rubberized shower mat.

Price

Extremely dirty. Blood stains on the sheets. Shower was covered in soap scum. Pool was closed and there was no breakfast in the morning like advertised. Front desk was empty everytime I came to tell them my concerns. No one answered the phone. I felt dirty when I left that hotel. Extremely disappointed.
