Deluxe Inn Wytheville

I was glad to see fresh fruit. I would have liked a yogurt, but the available items were fine.

T. V. Information like channel guide. We had a giant whirlpool tub in our room with ceramic steps that jutted out into the bathroom. I was a bit worried about stabbing my toes. Curtains could use replaced.

Host was accommodating, friendly. Room was comfortable and clean.

Facility is becoming a "Choice Hotel" property and will probably be "freshened" soon. Our stay was good and we're sure it will be better in the near future. Hope to stay there again.

Easy to get to from our route.

Very messy outside the side door we went in. Lots of spilled trash. Our room was handicapped accessible but that only meant the doors were bigger. The bathroom was not fitted to accommodate anyone handicapped, the toilet was Lowe and there wasn’t a walk in shower. There was no breakfast out at 7:30 finally about 8 she put granola bars and fruit out. Coffee was horrible. The staff was so-so, not real friendly but not rude. Overall, we stayed here many times BEFORE it changed to Delux Inn and it was nice. But we will find another place now.

Nothing - bathtub had not been cleaned in a long time. Towels were so old they scratched and they were gray - no longer white. This hotel should not be in business,

Very clean staff nice good value

started it has breakfast, but all they had is dry sugar, cereal, and package oatmeal with cold water. juices were expired.

The staff was very nice.

There was a broken window on one of the rooms to the outside and it just had plastic over it. The door to the outside of the building didn't actually lock, so it wasn't secure. You didn't need your key card to get in. The ice machine was broken. There was dog feces all over the place outside and it was hard to miss it when I was walking my dogs. I had my own poop bags, but there wasn't any available to other patrons outside. The bathtub was not clean and the carpet was damp.

Our favorite stop on our way to Pittsburgh Pa. Reasonable price good breakfast near the interstate. Because it was December 24 not enough people were staying in the inn so they didn’t have breakfast. Dad was looking forward to the meal. They didn’t offer a discount on the room and my wife wanted a bottle of water and they wanted to charge her two dollar. Not right

The location, convenience and that they took pets. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was cold cereal if you like that but fresh milk for coffee which was nice.

In my opinion any room that will allow pets should be carpet free. Febreezing a room to cover what you can’t clean is not only toxic to breathe, it makes it hard to, and it will always feel dirty. I left with full blown sinus congestion that so far has lasted days. Bleh.
