Best Western Plus Liberty Lake Inn

The property is conveniently located for our travels that take us through Liberty Lake. We have stayed here many times over the years. There are many reason for us to select this property: 1. It is close to two golf courses, 2. It’s close to a driving range, 3. There are some nice restaurants within walking distance of the property, and 4. It’s close to the interstate highway to Spokane, 5. It’s reasonably priced compared to alternative lodging. But in my opinion there are a number of annoyances. Specifically, the bathroom in our room was small and poorly laid out. The toilet was too short. The staff are nice. The included breakfast is better than most.

Overall this is a great hotel in which we’ve stayed a number of times. This experience was a little different. Television did not work. Most likely just needed a new battery for the remote. They’ve moved to shampoo/conditioner/soap dispensers in the shower. Two of the three were empty. Not a big issue for an overnight stay but it shows that rooms aren’t throughly checked when cleaned.

Great hotel, I'm glad to hear youre doing a renovation in the fall. Maybe that will fix the fan noise, the jacuzzi doesn't bubble we were told it was working but I think the young adults who were in there before us probably broke the knob.know. I did report to the front desk both problems plus when I went to sit on the couch it looked like there was dirt on the arm towards the wall. I brush it off and got a handful of hair from someone but it wasn't my hair or my husband's hair. Other than that the shower, toilet, sink, bed and frig were awesome. So was the air conditioner and microwave but it needs a proper glass that fits in the microwave better. When the glass doesn't fit the turntable is no good.

Stay here often. Breakfast is good, rooms clean and roomy enough, beds comfy. Only thing I'd like to see different is breakfast starting at 6:00 instead of 6:30.....oh, and serve bacon far more often please!

Great location, ample room for a suite with plenty of sleeping space.

Air conditioner was not working super well- luckily weather wise was not super hot all the trip.

I like the hotel. Theylet dogs come in - and have a breakfast buffet. Comfortable bed, Great staff. Liked the pool and hot tub. Location is good
