Best Western Salinas Valley Inn & Suites

Breakfast is good and parking was convenient.

Parking spaces could be a little wider for ease of access in an out. Some of the switches for the lights in the room (ie. vanity mirror & sink) was difficult to find.

Todo bonito, no hay ruido, limpieza excelente.

Its not crowded

Left is slow Breakfast is not good The room 204 was not good option Drawers underneath the tv is not working properly Keeps opening and it was not safe for my baby. The light at the hallway was not comfy every second it shuts off There was no soap at the counter to use

Formal Complaint and Refund Request To: Best Western Salina’s Valley Inn & Suites Subject: Formal Complaint and Refund Request Dear Management, I am writing regarding our recent stay at your property from August 30 to August 31, which was unacceptable and far below the standards expected of Best Western. The room conditions were appalling: the pillows had a strong urine odor and the towels smelled extremely foul, making it impossible for my family to rest. After a 15-hour drive, we were too exhausted to complain immediately, but the discomfort severely affected our sleep and left our children waking up tired and upset. This is not only disappointing but also raises serious concerns about hygiene and quality control at your property. For the price we paid, we expected a clean and comfortable environment, not conditions that jeopardized our rest and well-being. Accordingly, I am demanding a full refund for this stay. If a full refund cannot be processed, I expect an alternative form of compensation that reflects the severity of this experience. Please consider this a formal complaint. If the matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate by filing a report with Best Western Corporate, posting detailed public reviews, and pursuing further action as necessary. I trust you will address this issue seriously and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe

The room and property could use some upgrades.

It was wonderful

Great staff. Helpful and pleasant. Clean facilities. Quiet room. Convenient location. The breakfast was lackluster. Yogurt machine was "out of order" our entire stay. Only prepackaged breakfast sandwiches (no scramble eggs and bacon) as advertised.
