Hôtel Le Cervolan

Tout était bien à part une chambre non climatisée, côté sud en pleine canicule!! Le problème a été signalé dès notre arrivée mais aucune solution a été trouvée : c'est dommage!!

Hôtel restaurant moderne et confortable, relativement proche de la sortie d'autoroute, à proximité de l'aéroport, mais pas bruyant. Environnement de zone commerciale et industrielle.

Bon hôtel pour un 3 *. Service agréable,peut être un peu en sous effectif à certains moments. Petit problème avec le climatisation.Piscine bien. Restaurant bien avec un assez bon rapport qualité prix. Situation calme pourtant au bord de la route entre Aix les Bains et Chambéry.

I gather Chambery Airport is largely closed through the summer months, so this was a lovely peaceful place to stop off en route back from Italy (the scenery from the Mont Cenis pass to Chambery is spectacular). This 1970s hotel has had a thorough makeover, giving it clean, spacious rooms and a beautiful restaurant / terrace area. We enjoyed a high-quality dinner outdoors on a warm evening - although we struggled with what must be Frances heaviest (literally) wine list. Good value for money.

Pour une nuit de passage, on a mangé au restaurant, très bon et service agréable (par contre erreur dans la note, de plus, je ne sais pas si les prix affichés sur la carte étaient hors tva mais c'était pas les même sur la facture) mais on a très bien mangé et à un prix raisonnable. Le petit déjeuner était bon mais le prix excessif. Piscine et jacuzzi top! au milieux d'un très joli jardin. La chambre, dommage... cela aurait pu être super, mais l'air conditionné ne fonctionnait pas et la chambre était étouffante, pas moyen de faire circuler l'air, on a pratiquement pas dormit de la nuit car pas d'air. La chambre était très sombre ce qui donnait l'impression d'une propreté douteuse (peut être qu'une impression) et on a trouvé 2 petites bêtes dans le lit. Par contre propreté des draps, salle de bain et confort des lits rien à dire, c'était correct. En résumé, ç’aurait pu être excellent, mais des détails facile à corriger on fait la différence en négatif.

the hotel is 5 minutes walk from chambery airport - and just off (about 2 miles) the motorway system so is a wonderful location if you re catching a plane. economical too at around euros 70 for a room for the night. but is a bit better than a simple airport hotel. the rooms are a good size - with coffee and tea facilities (in fact a small kitchenette). bed linen was virtually new. off the road too - so quiet as well. in summer there s a swimming pool set in nice gardens. restaurant and bar area is also very well presented with decent food, friendly young staff, and a nice bar area by an open fire. a very pleasant night to finish our skiing holiday with.

Located 10 min by foot from Chambery Airport terminal. As there is no paved pathway connecting the hotel and the airport you will need to walk next to the road, therefore only recommended in daylight and with good weather. Rooms are spacious and fairly modern and include a small kitchen and a fridge. Breakfast buffet was acceptable but could be improved with more variety. The hotel restaurant food serves excellent food although a bit pricey if you are on a budget. The wine list was more than sufficient. Service was friendly and quick.

Good experience . Great stop over for visiting the alps .
