I stayed in their property and it was the worst experience ever. The pictures are not how the properties look. The unit was not taken care of, dirty, fifty, doors were broken, dog salvia strains on the carpet, the property smells like dogs, the bathroom had dirt rings around it, none of the units had air conditioning, it sounded like weed in the entire building, paint was peeling off the wall, they have a bug issue, if you are ready for your worst nightmare, book with them. My skin crawled. And they charged my credit double the amount. The units are way smaller than what the pictures shows. They had an amazing photographer to take the images you see because the real image is horrific.

False Advertising! There is NO Air Conditioning in this unit. The thermostat is controlled remotely by the owner and there were NO instructions on how to turn the AC down. We were miserably hot. The owner was informed but the AC was never fixed or looked at. The "pull out sofa" is a click clack futon and there is NO Way an adult or even a child can sleep on it. We literally had to walk to Target to buy an air mattress. How hard would that be for the owner to supply?? Everything is CHEAP. when we pulled the 'side table' closer to the couch, the top almost toppled, it was just a tray set on a wire rack. The blinds in the master DO NOT CLOSE! There is no privacy as you sleep. The sliding doors on the closets are barely hanging on. There aren't enough dishes. The shampoo and conditioner in the shower are aweful. Seriously? Just get a pump style Kirkland shampoo from Costco! It's like the owner is trying to save every last penny. I regret renting this. We slept at night miserable and hot, I have a picture 89 degrees! There are dogs that go out every morning on the courtyard and bark. Ugh. We were so happy to leave. This place has so much potential, but I cannot recommend it as it sits.

My first time using a BNB and I must say it probably won’t be my last if this is the standard. Very roomy & spacious and conveniently located to amenities.

My stay was exceptional! The apartment was clean and tidy upon arrival, all appliances worked, and the apartment was exactly as seen in the photos. The parking instructions were spot on (just follow the video instructions). I had no issues whatsoever, and the host made sure to stay in touch to make sure that everything was going well with the apartment. I would definitely book again when visiting Philadelphia.

Excellent value, overall would highly recommend. Some things were a little tired and could use updating. Nicely remodeled historical building, close to transportation and the essentials.

First, I would like to commend the host for being responsive and providing a fan that was missing from the apartment description. This was much appreciated, to be sure! We also found the place to be quite clean- also much appreciated. The check in process, however, was quite difficult. There is little to no parking on the street. Once you can get into the apartment, you have access to a key card that gets you into a parking garage nearby, but you must park on the 3rd floor so be prepared to do 3 flights of stairs every time you use your car. There were a few small things that need to be addressed in the apartment itself. The kitchen faucet has no aerator in the kitchen faucet, so the water is messy and hard to control. Neither bathroom sink has a drain plug or stopper. In one bathroom, the towel bar has been pulled off the wall. Mattresses were just OK. The location was alright- about a block to a subway. Just a Dunkins and a Starbucks close by- for other dining you need a car or would have to take a bus or the subway. We weren't crazy about the neighborhood- especially at night.

Great location, parking may seem daunting, but it’s secure and guaranteed- which I would choose. Taking rolling luggage :) It’s near the subway, Target, chipotle, Dunkin, so much. The doormen (and women) were kind, polite, and helpful. Host was extremely responsive. Would absolutely stay there again.

I hope the facility needs to be properly maintained. There is a significant difference between the pictures and the way the facility is maintained.
