This is great hotel at great location. The host is awesome and so good at communication (from video of where to parking to few information around room) and so quick to help out with problem !! The hotel is right by Target which is great for few necessities and right by subway which is easy to use!! Free parking is hugh bonus! I def will use this again if we come back to Philadelphia.

The owner responded to text and phone promptly, and provided helpful answers. The beds are pretty comfortable.

Very clean and close to the landmarks

We loved the open gourmet kitchen and that each floor had it's own bathroom!! The bed size was too small for just us 2 to sleep comfortably. We ended up using both beds for the 2 of us. Other than that we loved the flat and the deep bathtub in the upstairs bathroom!! We will come back again.

We had a very comfortable stay for four days in the Walnut Apt/City Apt. Everything was pretty much as pictured and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The building is in a super convenient location with grocery store, wine shop and Target plus restaurants right across the street. The garage is a bit of a challenge to figure out but on our last day I was able to get street parking right outside, so checkout was very easy. Apartment was super clean and beds were very comfortable! Would definitely stay again.

Communication with the host was great and location was convenient. The area was quiet and the mattress was amazing. I had a great time and recommend it.
