Comfort Inn & Suites

Didn"t end up staying at hotel. Got to parking lot & noticed name of hotel was different from website. There was 3 vehicles in parking lot, which looked like they were lived in. Just didn't feel comfortable about staying. Called hotel to confirm we were at right place. When they said yes, i mentiomed we didn't wanted to camcel reservation even if it was cancellatiothe time period since i just didn't feel safe. She was very rude.

Great place to stay

Someone said it was newly renovated, but be aware, it’s still undergoing renovation. Our bed was comfortable, but there was about a two inch gap between the floor and the bottom of the door, the pool is indoor but not in an enclosed space, so we could hear people talking loudly, until they closed the pool. The toilet seat was so loose w had to secure it ourselves. Tub/shower definitely needed attention.

Property name is different from sign. Front desk person met me at my car to help me find entrance! Helpful and professional staff.

Although the building was getting renovated it was poorly done. Rooms should not be rented until all work is done. Bathroom faucet wasn’t even attached to the vanity cabinet were loose and there was no sofa in the suite. We booked a king suite which was to include a sofa and were given the queen with no other options or compensation. During breakfast no one was cleaning tables or floors and the area was filthy.

Bed needs to be replaced and its currently being remodeled so the fire alarm went off at 7:30am but it was a false alarm. The room was decently clean and overall it was quiet.

The elevator didn’t work the morning I was leaving, so I had to walk down a flight of stairs with my cane and luggage. I am handicapped, so that was not good for me.

The hotel is run down and no sign for the hotel. Expensive and poor renovation.

Building is being renovated and the elevator was not working.
