Comfort Inn & Suites

The hotel is a dump. It is filthy. Our first room did not have a refrigerator. The air unit was pulled out of the wall. The elevator is a law suit waiting to happen. The second room. There are no towel racks in the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom does not work. Sitting on the toilet, one’s knees hit the door. The floor in the room is uneven. The internet does not connect! This not the standard of a Comfort Inn. The price is outrageous!! A dead bug in empty utensil holder.

FILTHY! The elevator sounded like it was going to break down at any time. Our room looked NOTHING like the pictures. The bathroom in our room still had the previous guests USED bar of soap and shampoo bottle in the shower, as well as all their hair still in the drain. The bath was filthy. The bath at was still wet. As well as hair all over the bathroom counter. Also, there were no bath towels in the room at all. We did not stay! Requested a refund and left!

First they gave me a room that already had somebody in it, then a room that was not cleand, no tv, no ice bucket, no fridge or microwave. I demand my money back.

Our bed had no bottom sheet, the construction material was all over the hallway and around the elevator, Breakfast was good,

There was no sign in front of the hotel at all. We weren’t sure we were in the right place. We learned the hotel is currently changing owners. Also, they are in the middle of a remodel. We walked by a work site in our way to our room at 8 pm with an open utility knife out in the middle of the hall and a very strong epoxy odor. We found our room, when we got there the door was ajar. We doubled checked our room keys and confirmed we were in the right room. So we dropped our bags, I opened up my backpack and scattered some of my items out on the desk, looking for an item. I left my things out. Then I settled our golden retrievers with food and water and headed out to grab a few other items from the car. When we returned a couple of minutes later we found two men - guests- in our room and our dogs barking in alarm. Turns out the receptionist assigned the room to 2 separate parties. What bothered me the most was the lack of an apology or a sincere, heartfelt effort to fix the situation.

The hotel is under construction.too dusty. The room is not ready even though ,we check in around 7pm. On the other hand, The location was good and the breakfast was great.

This property is currently under renovation. The first room we were assigned the sink drain was not attached and when I turned on the water it drained all over the floor. We were moved to a different room. We stayed 2 nights, the room was nice but the floor were dirty. I assume it was construction dust. Feet became dirty if you walked in the room with no shoes. The air conditioner was really loud and not efficient. The gentleman who checked us in was pleasant. In the evening we asked at the desk for coffee for morning as there was none in the room. She said she would bring it up and never did. I understand this was The Yellowstone Inn prior to becoming a Comfort Inn.

We booked for 4 people and were only given 2 towels. I'm sure we could have asked for more, but we didn't. The sheets and towels had hair stuck to them. It wasn't bad (I have super long hair, so I'm used to it) but my teenage son didn't appreciate it. We actually drove past the property looking for a Comfort Inn sign, but there wasn't one. I guess it goes by another name locally. I can't remember what it was now. It would have been nice if that piece of information was shared with us before our stay. The breakfast was fine. We didn't use the pool, but the area around it was huge, which I'm sure families would appreciate.

Very uncomfortable facility and under construction. Staff didn't speak English.

Great
