Comfort Inn & Suites

Well the hotel need improvement which to e fair they are doing. I hope once is done it’s an improvement. We were there enjoys nature and we were out all day I guess to take showers and get some sleep it’s not too bad.

Stay away.

This is not a comfort inn. It was a yellowstone park inn, virtually a motel and in bad shape, under remodel. I would’ve never have booked if it was called that name and not a Comfort Inn cause I know comfort in can give you. I am very sure at this point you pull the wool over her eyes. Had no refrigerator, I asked to bring extra ice buckets up so he keeps up cold that never happened. The phone didn’t work either pick it up. It was silenced. It just was a bad place overall and the Wi-Fi also didn’t work. It worked in the lobby, but not in your room.

After flight was delayed and we needed a place to stay I booked this for $395 for one night and after booking the rent desk called me to tell me they were short staffed and room would not be cleaned. Got in at 1:30am exhausted to wait 45 mins to check in (person was asleep) and then got to room and it had not been cleaned. Dirty towels and hair in bathroom and everything appeared used. We had to sleep on top of the bed because sheets had not been changed. Disgusting and horrible!

Had to wait for them to check to see if our room was ready. When on our way to our room hall way was cluttered with garbage on the floor and housekeeping carts blocking the way. Walked by rooms made up and door wide open. Other rooms door open and not cleaned, was the same way when we left the next morning. Was witness to a guest who checked in and when she got to her room it was open and not cleaned. Hallway smelled like stale cigarettes. Front desk personal were nice but spoke too softly. Back of property that we could see out our window had garbage needing to picked up.

First of all there was not a Comfort Inn sign nowhere to be found like was shown on Expedias website.It smelt so bad inside that I could not take it,plus it looked dirty outside.We did not stay at this place,I could not get a refund because I booked that morning--we went next door to that hotel and stayed.I would not recommend.

It was nice upgraded place and spacious room. Had trouble with TV and got help to fix it. Satisfied with our stay there.

Very run down property

The pictures are NOT what you get. They are working on renovating. However...we did not have a fridge, the AC was extremely loud and barely worked. There is no comfort inn sign, it's an old sign for a Yellowstone inn or something. They are very short staffed for cleaning rooms, bathrooms, staffing front desk and breakfast. The bathrooms in the lobby were disgusting...clearly had not been cleaned in days of not a week. Oh and the elevator....talk about a scary ride! $350 for 2 nights was outrageous! We just needed a place to sleep while getting our kiddo to college.
