Hotel has the wrong name on the sign (marquee). The elevator sounds like and feels like its going to collapse any second. Most of the third floor is under construction. The room was very spacious to the point that there is an echo in it. Bathroom is nice with a sizable shower just couldn't figure out where the hot water was. All in all the hotel is trying to get get up to the quality that is expected of the the brand, just not there.

The property was dirty, the bathroom sink-when you lifted the handle the entire hardware lifted up, the shelves were broken, lamp didn’t have a shade and didn’t work, floor was dirty from earlier guest (laminate floors). Elevator was sketchy at best. I recommend the owners overhaul the entire property or people should not stay there

Room was large and comfortable. Staff let us check in a bit early with no hassle. We have stayed in three other local hotels in the past year, and this was by far the best quality for the price. We will be staying here again in the future. Looking forward to seeing the final changes once the renovation is complete.

The construction didn’t bother us. The bed sheets turned inside out instead of washing them was gross. All sheets and bedding had stains, one even had cigarette burns. It appears to be a family endeavor which I think is great! But more focus on a clean hotel and less on updating it is something I would have appreciated.

This hotel was FILTHY, starting from check till the end. hardwood floors hadnt been mopped, elevator was same, garbage throughout the halls, and in room.... bathroom had not been cleaned, was filthy, couldnt see in mirrors, pretty sure they made the beds with same sheetsr socks were black after walking across floor. Comfort Inn brand should be ashamed to claim this hotel

This place is disgustingly bad! The place stinks, dirty rooms, sheets, bathrooms you name it! We thankfully found a different hotel last minute and didn’t have to endure this. The staff did NOTHING to try and rectify this situation and have no business running a hotel. Avoid this place at all costs!

The stay was not good, room had not been cleaned when we checked in. All they did was make the beds, and make it look like it was clean. Toilet was filthy, I had to get clean sheets for the bed. I will never stay there again.

Do not stay here. We checked in and checked right back out. It was so nasty. Bed bugs, blood stains on sheets, other bodily fluids I won’t describe. Used towels in the bathroom, hair all over the floors. No pillow cases. Pillows were yellow and full of hairs. Bathtub was literally full of dirty water. The people working there were unprofessional and most didn't speak English. We were ripped off at check out as well. They wouldn’t refund our money because hotels.com had to confirm refund over the phone but the hotel phone number was not current in hotels.com system. Since hotels.com policy only lets them call the number on file we were not able to get a refund. We are very angry. Hotels.com customer service was terrible and none of them spoke good English. We notified health department of the condition of the hotel as well as pool. The pool was so filthy I wouldn’t let my dog swim in there. The hotel smelled of incense and cigarettes right in the lobby. This was the nastiest hotel I’ve ever seen in my life. Do not stay here.

I had a reservation, arrived at 6pm and my room was not ready. They asked for me to wait 30 mins. Kind of seems like new management, clueless. Also no WiFi

There could have been better signage to find the hotel initially, but once we did it was fine. They were having computer problems, but welcomed us and provided for our needs. They are renovating. It was an old building, but very clean. Breakfast was great!
